The steel is 15N20 high carbon steel. I said, this is the first of a set, the set will have a Carving Knife, A Chefs Knife, A Small Chef Knife, A Utility Knife, and a Paring Knife. If I can get it to work I will also add a Carving Fork. These knives will only be available in my on line store, you can purchase these knives separately or when the set is completed you will be able to purchase the full set.
